   I originally purchased this for my bearded dragon, but after doing more research on uvb bulbs, I returned it. Compact/coil uvb bulbs have been known to cause health problems, such as swollen eyes, plus they tend to lose effectiveness very quickly. It is better to use fluorescent tube uvb lighting or mercury vapor bulbs.

   Sadly, this light bulb was dropped by my butterfingers just a few moments after taking it out of the great packing job the sellers did. Shipping was perfect, and the product is exactly as advertised. I’ll have to buy a new one before I can truly review it though!
